This product adopts compressed air from the vehicle air storage tank as the gas input source, utilizes hollow fiber membrane separation technology to purify high-concentration nitrogen, and delivers it into each battery pack. It gradually discharges oxygen, combustible gases and other high-concentration mixed gases inside the battery pack to the outside through the waterproof and breathable valve, keeping the internal cells in an inert gas environment similar to nitrogen and a dry condition. Thus, it achieves the purposes of oxygen isolation protection for the cells (preventing open flames) and protection against easy conduction in high-humidity environments. In case of thermal runaway, fire suppression can be activated.
