On that day, the High tech Zone Management Committee signed contracts with 25 enterprises including Sunshine Power, Changan Automobile, and Zhongke Zhonghuan in the park, involving projects for government land reclamation and re supply, projects for independent upgrading and increased investment, and projects for land secondary market transfer and re investment. According to the agreement, we will carry out land conservation and intensive use of industrial land, implement consensus on land conservation and intensive use, average efficiency per mu, and other aspects into the contract, thereby consolidating the achievements of land revitalization, achieving a win-win situation for all parties, and improving quality and efficiency.
